de cierre de tareas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se implementar\u00e1 una soluci\u00f3n para el siguiente problema:<\/p>\n<p>Los propietarios sin un caso no pueden cerrar tareas abiertas en un caso cerrado y Connect y OneCRM garantizan que los usuarios de los concesionarios con los roles adecuados reciban el acceso correcto y las asignaciones de tareas de casos en CX Connect.<\/p>\n<p>Las siguientes funciones de Global Connect se han actualizado como funciones principales con la funci\u00f3n de Gestor de relaciones con los clientes en CX Connect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gerente de
