{"id":6451,"date":"2024-05-14T05:00:38","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T05:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkspanish.com\/?p=6451"},"modified":"2024-10-16T17:50:53","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T17:50:53","slug":"restablecimiento-del-sistema-de-infoentretenimiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkspanish.com\/?p=6451","title":{"rendered":"Restablecimiento del sistema de infoentretenimiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sistema de infoentretenimiento (RPO IOK, IOR, IOS, IOT, IOU, IOV, IVA, IVD, IVE) en algunos modelos 2023-2024 (Fig. 16) puede necesitar restablecerse si aparece una pantalla negra o la pantalla se congela.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18551\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/F16-Radio-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 16<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen varios pasos posibles a seguir para recuperar el radio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Controles del volante<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para los sistemas IOK, IVD e IVE, con el veh\u00edculo en Park (estacionamiento), comience presionando y manteniendo presionado el bot\u00f3n Finalizar llamada (tel\u00e9fono con icono de barra) en el volante (Fig. 17) durante aproximadamente 15 segundos hasta que las pantallas de infoentretenimiento se vuelvan negras y despu\u00e9s libere el bot\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de aproximadamente 5-10 segundos, la pantalla de bienvenida debe aparecer y el sistema de infoentretenimiento se reiniciar\u00e1. Si el sistema se recupera, revise si hay una actualizaci\u00f3n de software del m\u00f3dulo afectado y reprograme el radio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18552\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/F17-Radio-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 17<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONSEJO:<\/strong> Comparta el procedimiento de reinicio utilizando los controles del volante con los clientes si resuelve el problema de operaci\u00f3n del radio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fusible de radio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para sistemas IOS, IOT, IOU, IOV, IOR e IVA, o si usar el bot\u00f3n del volante no recupera el sistema IOK, IVD o IVE, apague el fusible para el m\u00f3dulo de radio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bater\u00eda de 12V<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el sistema no se recupera despu\u00e9s de apagar y encender el fusible, cambie la bater\u00eda de 12V desconectando y volviendo a conectar el cable negativo de la bater\u00eda. Consulte Desconexi\u00f3n y conexi\u00f3n de cable negativo de la bater\u00eda en la Informaci\u00f3n de servicio apropiada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Terminales\/conectores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el sistema no se recupera despu\u00e9s de apagar\/encender la bater\u00eda de 12V, revise si hay problemas de terminal o conexi\u00f3n en el conector del radio y repare conforme sea necesario.
