Como parte del proceso de GM para reunir retroalimentaci\u00f3n importante para mejoras de ingenier\u00eda, la transmisi\u00f3n 5ET50 actualmente es parte del programa de restricci\u00f3n de componentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el programa de restricciones para estos modelos, consulte los siguientes documentos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>#PIP5321D: Programa de restricci\u00f3n de componente de transmisi\u00f3n 5ET50 Volt<\/li>\n<li>#PIP5390A: Programa de restricci\u00f3n de transmisi\u00f3n h\u00edbrida y componente Malibu 5ET50 (MKE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSEJO:<\/strong> Cuando reemplace la transmisi\u00f3n 5ET50, se deben capturar registros de falla de instant\u00e1nea junto con cualquier C\u00f3digo de problema de diagn\u00f3stico (DTC). No borre los DTC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los veh\u00edculos Volt 2011-2015 y ELR 2014-2016 usan la transmisi\u00f3n de velocidad variable controlada electr\u00f3nicamente 4ET50 (RPO MKA). La transmisi\u00f3n 4ET50 tambi\u00e9n es parte del programa de restricci\u00f3n de componentes. Consulte #PIP4840Q: (EREV) Programa de restricci\u00f3n de componente de transmisi\u00f3n Volt y ELR 4ET50 respecto a m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Devoluciones y embarque <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La restricci\u00f3n de componentes para estas transmisiones se administra por el Centro de Asistencia T\u00e9cnica (TAC) de GM. Los t\u00e9cnicos de servicio deben proporcionar comentarios detallados del cliente, condiciones, DTC, y otra informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil. Para solicitar componentes restringidos y reunir instrucciones de embarque, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el TAC de GM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cajas de transmisi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cuando devuelva la transmisi\u00f3n 5ET50, se debe volver a empacar en el mismo contenedor de embarque en el que lleg\u00f3 la nueva transmisi\u00f3n. Las cajas tienen dise\u00f1o personalizado para componentes espec\u00edficos de forma que es importante usar el contenedor correcto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transmisi\u00f3n 5ET50<\/strong> (Volt y Malibu Hybrid 2016-2017): Las cajas de embarque deben tener una franja azul. El da\u00f1o ocurre m\u00e1s a menudo debido a que la transmisi\u00f3n se mueve en la caja de embarque.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Use la correas en el contenedor de embarque para asegurar la transmisi\u00f3n. Las correas se deben colocar sobre la parte superior de la transmisi\u00f3n (Fig. 5), alrededor del lado del alojamiento de campana.
