Se solicita que los departamentos de servicio del concesionario reporten todos los problemas de veh\u00edculo que requieran atenci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo problemas que requieran asistencia t\u00e9cnica. Cada caso TAC se registra y env\u00eda a cientos de personas que representan a ingenier\u00eda, fabricaci\u00f3n, post-venta y otras organizaciones a trav\u00e9s de GM.
