Algunos clientes pueden haber sido dirigidos para llevar su veh\u00edculo a un concesionario por un Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Telef\u00f3nica de GM (OnStar, Experiencia al Cliente, etc.) despu\u00e9s de reportar su inquietud.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4254\" src=\"http:\/\/sandyblogs.com\/techlink_french\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/F11-security-icon.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/sandyblogs.com\/techlink_french\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/F11-security-icon.png 600w, http:\/\/sandyblogs.com\/techlink_french\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/F11-security-icon-300x230.png 300w\" alt=\"F11 security icon\" width=\"600\" height=\"459\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fig. 11<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00f3ngase en contacto con TAC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si se presenta un veh\u00edculo en su concesionario, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el TAC de GM respecto a informaci\u00f3n adicional sobre c\u00f3mo continuar con cualquier diagn\u00f3stico del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los concesionarios deben asegurar a los clientes que GM toma la ciberseguridad muy seriamente y ha dedicado recursos substanciales para atenderla, y continuar\u00e1 haci\u00e9ndolo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se debe informar a los clientes que GM no est\u00e1 al tanto de ning\u00fan caso del mundo real de nadie que hackee remotamente un veh\u00edculo GM sin el consentimiento del propietario.
