El ensamble desalineado puede causar presi\u00f3n excesiva y da\u00f1o al cojinete de empuje del cig\u00fce\u00f1al del motor. La falla en alinear adecuadamente el ensamble de soporte de la l\u00ednea de impulso puede empujar el cig\u00fce\u00f1al hacia adelante, eliminando cualquier juego de extremo. El cojinete de empuje da\u00f1ado por lo general falla aproximadamente 3,000-5,000 millas (4,800-8,000 km) despu\u00e9s de la reparaci\u00f3n cuando se haya retirado el ensamble de soporte de la l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El ensamble de soporte de la l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n (Fig. 2) consiste en un tubo de soporte de l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n, con alojamiento de campana trasera, y un ensamble de eje de impulso interno. El frente del ensamble de l\u00ednea de impulso se monta al alojamiento de campana del motor. El ensamble de soporte de la l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n es espec\u00edfico para aplicaciones de transmisi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica y manual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier reclamo de garant\u00eda que involucre el ensamble de soporte de la l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n se puede cargar por mano de obra inadecuada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento actualizado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento de la Informaci\u00f3n de servicio para reemplazo de ensamble de soporte de l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n se actualiz\u00f3 recientemente para veh\u00edculos con una transmisi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica (Doc. I.D. #3462804).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento actualizado incluye el apriete del perno de la abrazadera del cubo del eje de impulso (Fig. 3) a 130 Nm (96 lbs. pie). Mida el juego de extremo del cig\u00fce\u00f1al con un indicador de car\u00e1tula. Si no hay juego de extremo, el perno de la abrazadera se debe aflojar y empujar el cig\u00fce\u00f1al hacia atr\u00e1s de nuevo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuevo v\u00eddeo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se incluye un v\u00eddeo en el procedimiento actualizado en el seminario de Problemas emergentes de Septiembre de 2016 (102016.09V) que est\u00e1 disponible en el Centro de Aprendizaje de GM.
